SHIPPING POLICY
We pack every AME MATCHA order with care so it arrives safely and in great condition. We aim to process most orders the same business day or the next business day to help ensure timely delivery.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States.
We ship to residential addresses and P.O. boxes. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update after your package is scanned by the carrier.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, service delays, or other factors outside of our control.
We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed off to the carrier.
Please note: this free shipping offer does not apply to orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at support@drinkamematcha.com. We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
If a package is sent to an invalid or incomplete address, we can only resend the order once the original shipment is returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package to the corrected address.
Common address issues include:
Missing apartment or unit number
Entering the billing address instead of the shipping address
Orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address are not eligible for a refund or free replacement.
Carrier note: AME MATCHA is not responsible for delivery errors caused by address issues or carrier-related mistakes outside our control.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend:
Checking around your delivery location and mailbox
Asking neighbors or your building’s front desk
Contacting the carrier directly for additional details
If you still can’t locate your package, please email us at support@drinkamematcha.com within 3 days of the “delivered” scan and we’ll do our best to assist.
We recommend choosing a secure delivery location, as AME MATCHA is not responsible for theft after delivery, but we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier when applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.
To process your claim, we require clear photos of:
The item(s)
The packaging (inside and outside)
The shipping label
Please email these photos along with your order number to support@drinkamematcha.com.
If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of the package, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
