Returns / Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy for accessories, which means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

Matcha powder is a consumable food item and is non-returnable.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs on eligible accessory returns.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at support@drinkamematcha.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returned items that are used, worn, or damaged are not eligible for a refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To process your claim efficiently, we require clear photos of:

  • The item(s)

  • The packaging (inside and outside)

  • The shipping label

Please email these photos along with your order number to support@drinkamematcha.com.

If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Matcha powder and other consumable food items

  • Used products

  • Sale items (final sale)

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is eligible for return, the fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
